Our Respect@Work: Positive Duty Guidelines for Leaders course equips managers with the knowledge and practical tools required to meet their positive duty obligations under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth), in line with guidance from the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC).
This engaging and practical module unpacks the four guiding principles and seven standards underpinning the positive duty framework. Learners gain clear, actionable strategies to prevent sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination, embed compliant systems and processes, and drive meaningful cultural change.
