Our Anti-Bullying and Anti-Harassment for Employees course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognise, prevent, and respond to bullying and harassment in the workplace.
The course explores key topics such as harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, cyberbullying, racial harassment, behaviours outside the workplace, and what does not constitute bullying. Participants will also gain an understanding of unlawful harassment and its impact on individuals and organisations.
