Course Description

Our Discrimination Prevention for Managers course equips rail leaders with the knowledge and practical strategies to identify, prevent, and address discriminatory behaviour in the workplace. Participants will learn about the forms and definitions of discrimination, victimisation, direct and indirect discrimination, and how discrimination can occur across different areas of work and service provision. The course also covers legal frameworks, exceptions, special services, and equal opportunity programs.
