Course Description

Our Manual Handling course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to identify hazardous tasks, prevent injuries, and understand the responsibilities of both employers and employees in maintaining a safe workplace. The course covers proper techniques for lifting, carrying, and moving objects, as well as strategies to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) through risk controls such as mechanical aids and safe systems of work.
