This course provides the underpinning knowledge to work as a Signalling Assistant Tester on the MTM Metropolitan Rail Network and V/Line Regional Rail Networks.
Audience
This course is for participants who hold the Signalling Assistant Tester – National Job Role and wish to work on the MTM and/or V/Line Networks as a Signalling Assistant Tester.

Course Prerequisites
Participants MUST be 18+ years of age.
Participants are required to have met the following pre-requisites to commence:
– Hold a valid Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card
– Hold a valid Signalling Assistant Tester–National Job Role
– Hold the following valid RIW eLearning’s:
-> Introduction to Victorian Signalling
-> Fundamentals (Code EL124)
-> Introduction to Victorian Signalling
-> Design Lifecycle (Code EL125)
-> Introduction to Victorian Signalling Naming and Symbol Convention (EL126)
-> Introduction to Victorian Drawing Management System, MTM’s Content Management System and V/Line Extranet (Code EL127)
